Ingredients:

 4 cups dashi or chicken broth
 1 cup sliced ​​mushrooms

 1 tablespoon soy sauce
 1 teaspoon mirin
 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions:


 Prepare the Broth:

 Cook the Noodles:
   - Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

 Add Vegetables:
