Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions
1. Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
2. Marinate the Chicken
Place chicken thighs in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken thighs until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Serve
- Slice the chicken and drizzle with any remaining marinade or sauce. Serve with rice and vegetables.
