Katsu Curry Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4 breaded pork cutlets (tonkatsu)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Katsu Curry Chicken Recipe :-
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Curry Sauce:
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a pot. Sauté chopped onion until translucent.
Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for a few minutes.
Stir in 2 tablespoons curry powder and cook for another minute.
Add 2 cups of broth and simmer until vegetables are tender.
2. Add Seasonings:
Stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
3. Serve:
Slice the cooked pork cutlets. Serve curry over rice with the pork cutlet on top.
